At Eastpak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return any unused items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
